Job summary

The position coordinates HR-related processes and supports HR Shared Services on HRIS, payroll, and centralized functions while maintaining confidential personnel records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree with equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and leave administration.
• Assist with conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.
• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and grievance administration.
