Job summary

IMCD US, LLC is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support daily lab operations at the IMCD Lab in Exton, PA. The role involves maintaining equipment, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will perform testing, document results, and support with training, demonstrations, and product evaluations while actively contributing to a safe, organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of laboratory experience in industrial, commercial, research, or quality environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong laboratory practices and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform laboratory testing, evaluations, and studies in accordance with established procedures and approved methodologies.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal laboratory projects under the direction of laboratory leadership.
• Document, analyze, and communicate test results and other laboratory findings accurately and timely.
• Assist with laboratory training sessions, demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support product development, application testing, and technical evaluation activities related to customer and business needs.
• Coordinate laboratory inventory and procure approved consumables, supplies, and materials as needed.
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards to support a safe and productive work environment.
