Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process items, finished goods, and stability studies. The role emphasizes data documentation, good laboratory practices, and maintaining equipment per SOPs.

The position requires at least 1 year of lab experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred candidates holding a science degree. On-site in Illinois with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a laboratory.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Basic skills with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in process, finished goods, and stability per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, identify malfunctions, and perform simple repairs or coordinate repairs as needed.
• Review and update standard operating procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.
• Review test data, calculations and results for accuracy and completion.
