Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Solution Installation Specialist to join the National Installation Team in the United States. You will install and validate laboratory diagnostic systems on-site, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction during installation and go-live phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with Atellica solutions, strong troubleshooting, network configuration, and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent training.
Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience with Atellica Solutions, Atellica CI, or Automation diagnostics equipment.
Expert-level troubleshooting skills with the ability to evaluate room layout and site planning requirements.
Working knowledge of laboratory facilities, utilities, and basic electrical requirements.
Ability to configure and connect hospital networks to Siemens remote diagnostics systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Install, start up, calibrate, and validate Siemens laboratory diagnostic systems on schedule and within budget.
Support installation projects end-to-end, including troubleshooting and escalation of issues.
Evaluate customer site readiness to ensure compliance with factory specs.
Troubleshoot and resolve out-of-box failures; order replacements as needed.
Provide feedback to vendors and project teams to support continuous improvement.
Document installation and validation tasks and maintain inventory and tools.
