Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in commonly used software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and process improvement events on the production floor.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify waste, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards through daily audits and competitions.
• Create and maintain value stream maps to improve material and process flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, and engineering.
• Track and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Build and assemble parts as needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Engage employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
