DAN Solutions in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our growing team. This on-site role focuses on recruiting and sourcing, with opportunities to contribute to other business functions as you grow your career in government contracting.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, articulate, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct outreach, and coordinate interviews to support staffing needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls to diverse professionals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online research, and general business apps.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in technical recruiting and government contracting.
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our Arlington, Virginia office, Monday through Friday.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to undergo the security clearance process for Top Secret in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other resources.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Perform initial phone screenings to assess backgrounds and fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate conversations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information.
• Conduct research on potential candidates, companies, industries, and recruiting trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide administrative and project support as needed.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek process improvements.
