DAN Solutions in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join the team on-site. The role emphasizes sourcing, outreach, and screening to build a strong candidate pipeline for government contracting roles.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, articulate, and eager to grow in recruiting with opportunities to learn about technical positions. Must be willing to pursue U.S. government Top Secret clearance in the future.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment preferred (administrative support, customer service, recruiting).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may count in place of formal education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging with diverse professionals.
• Ability to learn recruiting processes, government contracting basics, and industry terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and recruiting resources.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Perform initial phone screenings to assess background, qualifications, and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Develop understanding of technical positions, government contracting, and clearance requirements.
• Partner with senior recruiters and leadership to understand staffing needs and strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, schedule conversations, and maintain communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS.
• Conduct research on candidates, companies, industries, and recruiting trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training; support broader company initiatives.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and look for process improvements.
