Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced IT Technician to support staff and maintain our technology infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices, deploy equipment, and assist with cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance.

Join CAHN to help safeguard patient data, support Microsoft 365 and EHR workflows, and maintain documentation while collaborating with the IT Manager in a mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT required.
• A+ Certification is required or must be obtained.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 also preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365 and third‑party apps.
• Assist with cybersecurity efforts and HIPAA compliance, staff education.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with IT Manager to support network infrastructure and security.
• Ensure confidentiality of organizational and network information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
