Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Richmond, VA to maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of five medical centers. The role involves basic repairs, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of building maintenance experience. The position is on-site with standard hours and benefits designed to support staff well-being.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Experience in medical settings is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all medical facilities and grounds.
• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (floors, sinks, walls, doors, carpets).
• Move and transport furniture/equipment for events and meetings.
• Assist with ordering and storing maintenance supplies.
