The position requires 1–3 years of technical experience, proficiency with PCs, thin clients, and network gear, and familiarity with Windows/Linux environments. Travel to multiple credit union offices is expected.

Qualifications

• One to three years of technical experience.
• Installing and configuring PCs, thin clients and peripherals.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains hardware and cabling at office locations and resolves hardware issues.
• Serves as initial contact for user IT problems and coordinates with teams.
• Configures computers, monitors, printers, network gear and peripherals.
• Assists with hardware troubleshooting and system deployments.
• Completes training to advance technical skills of the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
