Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking an IT Associate Technician to join the Technical Services Team. Under moderate direction, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot urgent issues, install hardware and software, run diagnostics, and maintain daily system performance.

You will document issues, update the knowledge base, mentor junior staff, and assist with staff training. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years IT experience required.
• CompTIA A+ or comparable certification preferred.
• Associates or technical IT degree in IT required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve urgent issues.
• Install and repair hardware and software; run diagnostics.
• Maintain daily performance of organizational computer systems.
• Update the knowledge base in the service management system.
• Mentor and train Associate Technician.
