Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking an IT Associate Technician to join the Technical Services Team. Under moderate direction, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot urgent issues, install hardware and software, run diagnostics, and maintain daily system performance.
You will document issues, update the knowledge base, mentor junior staff, and assist with staff training. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with full benefits.
With moderate direction, provides advanced technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team. Troubleshoots and resolve urgent technical issues and responds to help requests in person or by phone. Identifies and escalates complex issues to responsible teams and management. Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management. Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runs diagnostic programs. Writes user manuals and trains staff as needed. Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance. Maintains the Knowledge Base in the Service Management ticket system. Mentor and train Associate Technician. Other duties as assigned.
Time Type: Full time (80 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits
Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
