Job summary

ApTask in Juno Beach, Florida is seeking a skilled technician to interpret tasks and execute imaging workstations and laptops using corporate software. The position requires troubleshooting from Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations and a solid understanding of Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret and execute tasks using technical instructions.
• Image workstations and laptops using corporate imaging software while following all technical guidelines.
• Work with end users to survey existing software and files for transfer to new machine.
• Knowledge of Active Directory users and Computers.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems arising from Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations.
• High level understanding of ODBC connections and configuration of ODBC Data sources.
• Ability to add printers, drivers and other peripherals as needed.
• Works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
