Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems in lead/senior roles.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft stacks.
• Hands-on with .NET, Classic ASP, and SQL Server.
• Experience configuring mobile devices in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across apps, databases, and OS.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support and enhancement of Windows/.NET/Classic ASP enterprise systems.
• Oversee SQL Server environments, including performance tuning and data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Support and manage mobile device configuration, deployment, and security policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure system stability, availability, and IT standards compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and act as escalation point for complex issues.
