Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced software developer to translate operational requirements into robust specifications and to build RESTful APIs and C#.NET services for mobile features in a fully onsite Greensboro, NC setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of Microsoft IT development experience.
• 7+ years of SQL Server database development.
• 1+ years of professional desktop and mobile development experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems within a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven C#.NET services to support mobile features
• Design and develop Android applications and native integrations.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy IT solutions supporting production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and warehouse operations.
• Supporting a modernization from legacy to cloud platform across .NET and Windows-based applications.
• Deliver IT services using ITIL-aligned practices including incidents, problem, and change management.
• Support Legacy Microsoft Frameworks including classic VB6, ASP, VBScript, Angular web stack; SQL Server; and Windows Server.
