Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent
• Two to four years of related IT support experience preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to learn ERP and vendor systems
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
• Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
• Develop operating procedures and SOPs
• Promote best practices and facilitate end-user communication with vendors
• Deliver staff training on system functionality by role
• Assist with integrating new technology to improve efficiency
• Support retail and food/beverage POS hardware and software
• Configure and administer the event management system as needed
• Test upgrades and system releases before deployment
• Create reports and maintain system documentation
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines within IT team
• Stay updated on system upgrades and vendor offerings
• Partner with supervisors to streamline processes and projects
• Work onsite during event support rotations
• Ensure system security and user profile integrity
