Empower AI seeks a Site Systems Administrator Assistant to deliver on-site IT services for DoS offices across the United States. You will install and monitor hardware and critical applications, enforce security controls, and manage patches and databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in site/system administration
• Associate's degree or equivalent required
• Secret Security Clearance required or able to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Site Systems Administrator services to DoS offices nationwide
• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications (AD, SCCM, Travel Document Issuance System, Passport Records Imaging System, other CA apps)
• Manage security patches, updates, and VIBs; coordinate Oracle/SQL databases
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies (AD, remediation, compliance tools)
• Ensure system confidentiality, integrity, availability; perform backups, restores, purges; coordinate upgrades and retirements
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; document configuration changes
• Maintain up-to-date topology diagrams, configurations, and technical docs
