Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator Assistant to provide on-site IT services to DoS offices across the United States, ensuring assets and operations support the mission. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and monitoring hardware and applications, while safeguarding security and data integrity.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of SA/IT experience, an Associate’s degree, and an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SA/IT administration experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; Secret Security Clearance required.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Assist SA lead to install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Enforce security controls including AD administration and remediation.
• Ensure backups, restores, purging, and data availability; coordinate upgrades.
