Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator Assistant to provide on-site IT services for DoS offices across the United States. You will manage hardware and software, enforce security controls, and ensure data integrity through backups and testing.

The role supports enterprise-wide DoS missions with a strong emphasis on security and reliability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in site/system administration or related IT role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; security clearance required.
• Secret Security Clearance is a must for employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, and monitoring of hardware and applications.
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies including AD administration and remediation.
• Log and resolve incidents in the ticketing system and document changes.
• Coordinate hardware/software upgrades and data backups/restores.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and comprehensive tech documentation.
