Job summary

Empower AI seeks a Site Systems Administrator Assistant to provide on-site IT services for a DoS client, ensuring asset management and operation support across the DoS mission. You will handle hardware and application monitoring, security patching, AD administration, and backups, while documenting changes and maintaining system diagrams.

The role requires a Secret Security Clearance and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Sec+, and ITIL 4

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in site/system administration or similar role.
• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications (servers, switches, workstations, and related systems).
• Manage security patches, updates, VIBs, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Enforce security controls including AD administration and policy compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data backups; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; track configuration changes.
