Responsibilities

• The SA Assistant will provide on-site SA services to DoS offices, ensuring assets and operations support mission needs.
• Manage installation, maintenance, and monitoring of hardware and applications (AD, SCCM, databases) and security controls.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests; coordinate hardware/software upgrades and backups; maintain topology diagrams and documentation.
