Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–5 years of professional IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals and Office productivity tools.
• Demonstrated help desk or technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees and customers.
• Use a ticketing system to track and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of hardware and software assets.
• Specify, order, and configure IT equipment (PCs, servers, switches, routers).
• Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages.
• Manage Active Directory objects and GPOs.
