ATS Companies in Renton, WA is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide essential end-user support, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and drive department initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
Candidates should have 4–5 years in IT support, an associate degree or higher in IT or related field, and strong Windows/AD, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP networking skills; this is a full-time, in-office role Monday–Friday.

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support across a variety of IT functions, including end-user assistance, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and the implementation of departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
This position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment. Occasional moving heavy computer equipment (up to 50-lbs) may be required.
