Qualifications

• Proficient with end-user devices and peripherals.
• Experience with Wi-Fi/WLAN and video conferencing systems.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Familiar with IT infrastructure, file/print services.
• Good English and German skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain end-user hardware following SOPs.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support via ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues.
• Manage incidents and support IT projects.
• Maintain accurate asset records.
