Qualificações

• 1+ year in help desk or tech support.
• Desire to learn and develop technical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• On-site availability in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

Responsabilidades

• Take in support requests via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Fix desktop and device issues, including installs and hardware swaps.
• Set up equipment and accounts for new hires.
• Travel to clinics for on-site support.
• Escalate issues requiring deeper technical involvement.
• Maintain asset records and document fixes.
