Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks an experienced Computer User Support Specialist to provide on-site IT support at Wright Patterson AFB. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage IT assets, train users, and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Role requires strong customer service, technical aptitude, and ability to work in a military/government environment with 1–2 years of experience. Full-time on-site role with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of computer user support experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Security+ or 8140 equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users on-site and remotely.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and VoIP phones.
• Establish and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking and disposal.
• Provide user training on software and hardware usage.
• Document support activities and inventory changes accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Stay current with technologies and security best practices.
