Super Radiator Coils in Mesa, AZ is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote technical support for Arizona-based team members. The role includes procuring and installing end-user technology, handling moves, relocations, printers, and network cabling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support, strong IT enthusiasm, and solid knowledge of Windows and Office 365. Strong documentation, scheduling flexibility, and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Passion for IT and continuous learning.
• Excellent user support skill and positive, professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user PC/workstations.
• Understanding of core Microsoft programs (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to support flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up, desk-side, remote IT support to Arizona-based teams.
• Procure and install end-user technology; assist with moves/relocations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network cabling.
• Configure and maintain end-user PCs and software; document changes.
• Assist with meeting room and collaboration technologies.
• Maintain inventory of end-user hardware and manage replenishment.
