Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Help Desk Representative to join our team in Austin. This role provides technical support to end-users on a variety of issues, responding to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests.

You will document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions, following established guidelines and escalating when needed. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in a help desk or desktop support role, with familiarity in Microsoft Active Directory, Office Suite, and ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in a help desk, desktop support, or technical customer service role.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office, and ServiceNow is expected.
• Basic networking fundamentals (e.g., Ping, Traceroute).
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person, by phone, or via email.
• Document and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to next level support.
