Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is hiring a full-time Help Desk Technician to respond to first-line IT requests at our Snoqualmie, WA campus. The role supports Gaming, Operations and A/V environments, logging and resolving tickets, and guiding users on hardware and software usage.

We offer a starting pay of $25.56 per hour with opportunities for raises based on experience, full employer-paid medical, dental and vision coverage, 21 days of PTO in year one, and a range of employee perks including meals,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or RED/FHD).
• Two years of technical school training related to the PC environment or equivalent experience.
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Log, troubleshoot, diagnose, assign and track Help Desk calls.
• Facilitate problem solving between users and IT staff for expedient resolution.
• Follow up with users on resolved issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide end-user support for hardware and software across Gaming, Operations and A/V environments.
• Maintain department documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Train users to maximize use of systems and ensure proper protocol adherence.
