Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is hiring for a full-time, non-exempt position located in Snoqualmie, WA. The role offers a starting pay of $20.86–$21.90 per hour plus tips, with a swing shift and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Six months cash register and retail customer service experience.
• Three months sales experience in Beverage, Food, and Tobacco.
• Passion for guest service and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person or by telephone with questions or purchases.
• Provide Superior Guest Service at all times.
• Use cash handling procedures when accepting payments.
• Account for daily deposits, variances and shift reports.
• Maintain the humidor and POS area.
• Maximize inventory levels on display products.
• Rotate stock to ensure quality and freshness.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of cigar products and service techniques.
• Basic beverage service as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
