Lightology is seeking an On-site IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on support for ~200 users and ~300 systems across three Chicago-area locations. The role emphasizes independent ownership of tasks, methodical troubleshooting, and clear communication with leadership.

You will handle Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, hardware repairs, iOS devices, and enterprise networking, while supporting M365 administration and remote users when needed.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience supporting remote and on-site users.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues through methodical troubleshooting.
• Strong willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and technologies and research when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 100% on-site IT support across three Chicago-area locations for ~200 users and ~300 systems.
• Own assigned projects from requirement gathering to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Manage endpoint administration, hardware repair, and Mac/Windows logistics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure dependable IT services and clear status updates.
