Qualificações

• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certificate preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to write technical documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to staff across departments, including setting up and configuring devices, installing and repairing software, troubleshooting hardware, and escalating issues.
• Guide staff on proper IT channels and offer training as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation from issue identification to resolution.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of installations and complete additional IT tasks as required.
• Participate in onboarding of new employees and collaborate with departments to support tech needs.
