Job summary

Finance of America is seeking an on-site IT Service Desk technician based in Tulsa, OK to provide Tier 1 support to employees and ensure smooth operation of workstations and common business apps. This role requires strong communication and a proactive approach to user support.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Office, printers, and mobile devices, document incidents, and escalate advanced issues. A foundational IT background and basic networking knowledge are required, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of help desk or desktop support experience.
Basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with AD, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, and Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support via in-person, ticketing, phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues following documented procedures.
Set up and maintain on-site workstations and peripherals.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with documented steps.
