Job summary

You will maintain inventory, assist with invoices and shipments, support conference room tech and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, and assist with IT projects and admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial IT support or escalates to appropriate teams.

• Maintains IT inventory: hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance.
