Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Reno, NV seeks a Mid to Senior IT Specialist to provide onsite end-user support for a secure, government-sensitive environment. You’ll handle Tier 1–3 IT support, device provisioning, and asset management while collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and facilities teams.

The role requires a US Person for ITAR/export-control eligibility, a Top Secret clearance, and strong customer service and documentation skills to maintain secure, efficient operations at the Nevada site.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, M365, endpoint management.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ITSM practices.
• Ability to operate on-site following enterprise standards.
• Must have U.S. Person status for ITAR/export-control eligibility.
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 IT support for Nevada users.
• Manage incidents through the service desk with documentation.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, M365, VPN, printers, and devices.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and access changes.
• Maintain asset records and stock readiness.
• Support secure site operations and security procedures.
