Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an IT On-Site Support Analyst II to manage tickets, incidents, and service requests. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, providing advanced technical support and end-user training.

This role emphasizes security, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, using Ivanti ITSM to improve the end-user experience and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent) and 2+ years supporting internal desktop systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, M365, Windows OS, iOS, security and deployment.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networking and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control; password resets and provisioning.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles; support incident ownership.
• Implement security policies and train end-users on best practices and awareness.
