Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Technician for the NAVFAC Marianas CIO3. You will serve as the first-line helpdesk, manage assets and MDM, and coordinate IT deployments across the command. This role requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance with DoD qualifications.

You will support Windows OS, Office apps, and enterprise networks, while writing SOPs and supporting on-site staff. Strong communication and policy-reading ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Current DoD qualification for Work Role 411 – Intermediate.
• Certifications required: Security+ or similar (CND, GSEC, GFACT or higher).
• 3+ years in helpdesk, asset-management, and enterprise IT support.
• Fluent in English; able to interface with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Tier 1/2 helpdesk via multiple channels and log tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and local network issues.
• Manage MDM provisioning and enforce security for devices.
• Track IT assets and licenses through lifecycle.
• Prepare SOPs, user guides, and briefings for CIO3.
• Assist with administrative tasks and deployments as needed.
