Mendaera, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Generalist to keep our San Mateo office running smoothly. You will provide local technical support to employees, manage end-user issues, and maintain IT assets in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

The role is on-site in San Mateo, with an hourly wage of $25–$35 for 20–25 hours weekly. Strong communication and teamwork will help you succeed in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT technical support and administration for Windows and MacOS is helpful.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to use asset management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and IT assets.
• Support AV and conference room technology setup and troubleshooting.
• Help keep users and company resources in line with company policies and industry best practices.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Assist with basic networking tasks such as port patching and troubleshooting network connectivity.
• Order and install computer peripherals for users.
• Schedule upgrades and maintenance as needed.
• Transport IT/Facilities equipment between buildings.
• Assist with facilities tasks as needed.
