Job summary

Wilson Elser in Los Angeles is seeking an On-Site IT Support Analyst to provide expert on-site technology support for attorneys and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, imaging and deploying equipment for onboarding, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced national law firm environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of technical support, familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD/Azure AD, Zoom Rooms, Teams, VPN, and remote access, with ITIL4

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical IT hardware, software, and desktop peripherals support.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
• Experience with Active Directory & Azure AD, VPN, and remote access.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL environments and strong customer service.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus, ITIL4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deploying computer equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Track equipment from departed users following asset procedures.
• Provide on-site support for video conferencing and A/V systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including document management and financial systems.
• Coordinate requirements with regional supervisors and IT teams.
• Build strong relationships with attorneys and staff through excellent service.
• Log tickets for hardware, software, and incidents; follow change management processes.
