Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Raleigh. The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, mobile devices, and conference room technology to keep attorneys and staff productive.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365, manage tickets, and help stakeholders adopt new tools. Periodic on-call hours and occasional travel may be required to support firm locations.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year IT support experience; associate degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support for Raleigh office and assist firmwide Help Desk.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, iManage, Citrix.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software; support moves.
• Assist with conference room tech and videoconferencing.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call; travel to other offices as needed.
