Job summary

Western Door Federal, part of the Seneca Nation Group, seeks a Computer User Support Specialist for on-site support at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Liberty, NC. You will support the DHA/Government desktop environment, document solutions in EMTS, and manage hardware and software troubleshooting across workstations and peripherals.

The role requires US citizenship, at least two years of hands-on hardware/software support, and IAT Level II eligibility.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a government background investigation.
At least two years of hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
Experience in a Microsoft desktop support environment within a large, critical government setting.
Meet IAT Level II requirements as defined for DoD environments.

Responsibilities

Document solutions in EMTS for government access and traceability.
Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and office automation software on supported desktops.
Install and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, wireless) on desktops.
Repair microcomputers, peripherals, and mobile devices as needed.
Identify and resolve hardware/software problems across workstations and peripherals.
Configure workstation components and peripherals; verify functionality.
Manage inventory and tracking during deployment of equipment.
Respond to tickets within 24 hours and maintain ticket updates.
