Job summary

Looking Glass Community Services in Eugene, Oregon is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our agency on a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. The role combines on-site support for our 24-Hour Programs—RCC East and RCC West, PEER, and New Roads/Station 7—with roaming project work across the agency.

You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, handling routine technical problems and escalating complex cases to the right team.

Qualifications

• Experience: One year experience in technical support or help desk environment, or any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills
• Availability: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for the agency in a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM position.
• Serve as first point of contact for IT support needs and escalate more complex problems to appropriate team members.
• Support on-site at RCC East, RCC West, PEER, and New Roads/Station 7, and assist agency-wide projects.
