Job summary

RBM Automotive Group is seeking an IT Associate to provide in-person support for dealership locations across South Carolina. The role requires commuting daily to the Greenville‑Anderson‑Greer metro area and hands-on hardware/software issue resolution with CDK software experience.

The ideal candidate has basic communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and may hold an associate degree. This is an on-site position with safety and IT best practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• Basic communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with CDK software in automotive dealerships preferred.
• Associates degree or higher is preferred, high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work with end users and vendors to provide in-person support.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee separations.
• Configure and install hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site.
• Respond to calls, emails, and escalations with accurate ticketing.
