Job summary

RBM Automotive Group in Greenville, SC is seeking an IT Associate to support dealership locations in South Carolina. This is an in-person position (NOT REMOTE); daily commuting to the Greenville-Anderson-Greer metro area is required.

Experience with dealerships and CDK software is preferred to provide hands-on end-user support. You will handle on-site hardware installation, diagnostics, onboarding/offboarding, and IT project collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Prior IT support/Help Desk experience preferred.
• Experience with CDK software in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to end users and vendors.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Configure and install hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site.
• Respond to calls, emails, and escalations with clear documentation.
• Provide after-hours support to address outages as needed.
• Lead IT projects and enforce security practices.
