Job summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join a 24x7 team maintaining high uptime. You will assist with hardware and software, log requests, and work with Tier 2 for advanced issues from a local Henderson, NV facility.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent internal and external service, and a readiness to support a fast-paced security technology environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT/CS or related degree or military service.
• Ability to work across multiple systems concurrently.
• DoD security clearance screening may be required.
• Rapid Response is a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-level contact for IT Help Desk issues via ticket system.
• Troubleshoot IT issues using best practices and internal tools.
• Log and document all support requests and actions taken.
• Escalate to Tier 2 and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Suggest improvements to IT support procedures to enhance service.
• Maintain organization and a strong sense of urgency.
