Rapid Response Monitoring seeks a service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join a 24x7 team maintaining 99.999% network and system uptime. This 100% in-office role is based at our Syracuse, NY facility, with relocation at your own expense.

You will provide hardware and software support, log requests in our ticket system, and assist with escalations alongside Tier 2. Strong analytical and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a two-year IT, Computer Science, Information Science, or related degree or equivalent Military Service
• Ability to work in multiple systems concurrently while providing support services
• Clearance screening may be required for Department of Defense security clearance

Aufgaben

• Function as the first-level contact for all IT Help Desk issues via ticket system
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues using best practices and internal/external resources
• Log all support requests and document actions and resolutions
• Escalate to Tier 2 for advanced troubleshooting
• Recommend modifications to IT Support procedures to improve service
• Remain organized and detail oriented
• Maintain urgency in task completion
