Job summary

Triad Partners, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Lawrence, Kansas office. This early-career role emphasizes attitude, potential, and willingness to learn as you support end-users and manage IT infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate with the IT team on cloud platforms, networking, and security, while growing your technical skills and contributing to transformative initiatives in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site IT support in a business/enterprise setting.
• Ability to deploy and manage Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Experience building automations or scripts to streamline IT ops.
• Foundational knowledge of Meraki or Mist networking and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience or willingness to pursue IT certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT presence at our Lawrence office, supporting corporate users.
• Support and help administer cloud and SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365 and network platforms like Meraki and Mist.
• Provide end-user software and hardware support for Windows and macOS endpoints, including deploying applications to endpoints.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual IT processes using scripts or low-code tools.
• Lead IT projects and initiatives with the broader IT team on rollouts and upgrades.
• Respond to IT support requests and information security alerts, meeting SLAs.
