Job summary

Ashby Lumber Co is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Concord, CA location. This on-site position involves troubleshooting desktop applications, configuring operating systems, and providing support for mobile devices. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be adept at managing helpdesk tickets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing IT support or in a related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Chrome, and other applications.
• Experience troubleshooting printers and Audio/Video systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support by troubleshooting OS, desktop applications, and mobile device issues.
• Prioritize, complete, and escalate helpdesk tickets as needed.
• Configure computer operating systems and applications.
