You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and ensure adherence to client IT policies. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this on-site, part-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic understanding of LAN networking, switches, and routers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in onsite support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
