Job summary

ITS Logistics, headquartered in Reno, NV, is seeking an IT Support Representative for its Enterprise Site Support Team. This on-site role focuses on tier I/II desktop and cloud user support, with hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution for employees’ computers, software, and peripherals.

A strong IT knowledge base and a willingness to learn are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Azure/AzureAD, and Active Directory, with Desktops, Laptops,

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Windows desktop systems and managed Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Azure hosted services and Entra/AzureAD.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle tier I and tier II desktop support and deskside support.
• Provide technical user support and cloud user support.
• Resolve issues using diagnostic tools and ticket/workflow systems.
• Document steps and resolutions in tickets for future reference.
• On-site, in-person support at enterprise headquarters in Reno, NV.
